Step by Step Guide to an Australia Student Visa

  • After applying to an Australian educational institution, you may receive a Letter of Offer.

  • Once you accept the offer and pay the required deposit, the institution will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). The CoE is mandatory for your student visa application and must be included in your student visa application, by doing so, you will prove the Australian Government that you are successfully enrolled.

  • You will have to gather and provide documents such as: valid passport, CoE, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), proof of financial capacity (bank statements, scholarship), english language proficiency evidence (IELTS, PTE, etc.), academic transcripts and certificates, Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement.

  • Your application will be prepared by our agent, we will send you the PDF file for your review.

  • We will send you an online questionnaire to complete. Once you have provided all information and the required documents, we will upload them on your behalf and proceed with the visa application fee payment.

  • Depending on the country of residence, you may be asked to provide biometrics (fingerprints and photo) at a local Visa Application Centre. Health examinations may also be required depending on your country of residence.

  • If approved, you will receive a visa grant notification with the visa conditions and validity period. If the visa is refused, the notice will explain the reasons and appeal options (if applicable).

  • You should book your flights only after your visa has been granted. Please ensure that you have an up-to-date Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). Keep a copy of your visa grant letter and Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) with you, as these documents may be requested by immigration authorities upon your arrival in Australia.
