As of today, 1st of July 2026, the Department of Home Affairs has officially increased the cost of the application for the Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485). The increase was overnight, without prior notice, rising from $4,600 AUD AUD to $5,750 AUD.

This means that Graduates need to pay more to remain and work in Australia after completing their qualifications.
